I had a nice stay at the hotel in Chattanooga. The rooms were nice and cozy, although I did notice a broken door and lock. The service was friendly and helpful, though there was a minor hiccup when they only offered a 15% discount for a fire alarm incident. The location is convenient, close to downtown but in a somewhat industrial area. The dining experience was okay, but there were limited options for a hot breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvements.
When I arrived at the hotel, I found the rooms to be a bit disappointing as the door was broken and there was only one small, crowded table. Despite confirming through email, the room was super cold, which was quite uncomfortable. However, the service was amazing, especially thanks to Jessica, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was in between Lookout Mountain and downtown, offering a comfortable bed and good breakfast. Unfortunately, the dining options were a bit dull with only bread available. Overall, the stay was decent but had some noticeable drawbacks.
